1. Удобное расположение отеля; 2. Внимательный и доброжелательный персонал; 3. Хорошая уборка номеров; 4. Тихо, даже по ночам; 5. Удобная, широкая кровать.

1. Разломанная мебель; 2. Рванное постельное бельё; 4. Отсутствие ложечки для обуви и чайных ложек в номере; 4. Отсутствие завтрака, а цены в столовой, на первом этаже, очень высокие, выше чем в кафе в центре города, к тому же она работает только до 17-00, т.е. уже непоужинаеш.
