Отель прекрасный для остановки в Москве для прогулки по Арбату, в 25 минутах от Красной площади, через мост торговый центр. В 10 минутах центр Лотто,где отличные рестораны. До метро 5минут. Номер был на 18 этаже, вид прекрасный на украшенную перед новым годом Москву.

отель хороший, но

Очень не понравилось то, что на сайте забронировали номера за 10500 руб, а отель поднял цену до 14800 руб. уже по факту пребывания!

номер стандарт на двоих. уютный и чистый номер, вежливый, доброжелательный персонал, роскошные завтраки. особо хочется отметить местораположение гостиницы и шикарный обзорный ресторан на 22 этаже.

слегка застарелый запах в фойе и лифтах

очень вежливый персонал, по любым вопросам можно обратиться и получить реальную помощь. уборка, замена белья и полотенец каждый день. завтрак- шведский стол, полностью соответствует статусу 5 звезд. месторасположение в центре москвы. можно арендовать машину. отношение цена качество отличное. спасибо

Девушки на ресепшене были очень любезны и всячески пытались помогать при обращении к ним.

Очень маленькие лифты. Туда от силы помещаются 2 человека без багажа. Скудный ассортимент в мини-баре, Было достаточно душно в номере, кондиционер больше шумел чем выдавал необходимую температуру
