Мне понравилось расположение отеля, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от Красной Площади...

Персонал плохо понимает английский язык. В номере довольно мало места, из-за чего я не мог толком разложить свои вещи. Уборка в номерах плохая и не качественная, здесь так же нету телефона и ванных принадлежностей. Из-за плохой звукоизоляции вы сможете услышать, чем занимаются ваши соседи.
