Early check-out from 07:00 until 09:00 is available at RUB 500 surcharge. Please note that smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Guests are kindly requested to take out the garbage and wash the kitchenware at check-out. A damage deposit of RUB 4000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
