We were met at the train station and told by Yuriy that Listvyanka Chalet couldn't accommodate us as a group of Japanese tourists were there instead! We had to go and stay in a homestay further away from the centre of town and although comfortable, did not provide the standard of accommodation that we had booked eg no views or balcony and only on bathroom! We are very unhappy with the way we were treated! Yuriy was also hassling us to do some tours that he would organise. He made our stay stressful at times and I wouldn't recommend the Chalet if he is associated with it.
