A very nice, comfortable, centrally located and relatively inexpensive hotel, very customer-friendly personnel.

During my short one-night stay, I did not find anything I did not like.

очень понравилась гостиница, обязательно остановлюсь еще раз :) девушки с ресепшен помогли сориентироваться в городе и где что есть посмотреть и где поесть в городе. оч круто, спасибо :)

время завтрака было бы хотя бы до 12... :) и кулера не хватало в номере.

Местоположение и персонал на рецепшене.

В ресторане персонал общитыаает, вводит в заблуждение, оставляешь чаевые- садятся на голову. Одна смена была более илиименее, другая просто отвратительная. В номере за трое суток ни разу не убирали, постель не меняли, полотенца тоже, шампунь был один маленький флакончик на двоих на все три дня, мини бар не пополнялся. Вай фай первый день вообще ге работал. Дальше очень слабый. Холл в отеле очень маленький, бизнес- встречи или вообще встречи проводить негде, бара нет. В ресторане всегда запах еды. Соотношение цена- качество отвратительное.

Very high level of service and luxury for a small Russian Hotel.

The bathroom wasn't up to the level of the room in terms of luxury and decoration, but that wouldn't prevent me from recommending the hotel or staying there a second time.

Тихо

Бронировали номер для некурящих, предоставили прокуренный напрочь. Весь вечер проветривали открытым окном, пока гуляли - бесполезно.

Отличный отель, прекрасное расположение, современный, чистый номер, завтраки вкусные и сытные. Цена соответствует качеству. В номере есть все, что необходимо. Интернет WI-FI, доступен везде в отеле и предоставляется бесплатно. Скорость интернета хорошая. Заселили по приезду в 9 утра, за что большое им спасибо. Обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле еще раз
