Рядом находится торгово-развлекательный комплекс "Планета" и остановки общественного транспорта. Вокруг новые красивые дома и благоустроенные дворы.

Сначала сделал заказ семейного номера на 2 суток, потом добавил ещё 1 сутки перед первыми, пришло положительное подтверждение. По приезду в отель нас ждали завтра и номер был занят. Не знаю чья это вина, отеля или сайта Hotels.ru. Нам предложили квартиру, но уже за другие деньги, но со скидкой (что можно отнести к плюсам). Горничные в квартирах убирают только видимые места и не следят за сантехникой. В частности не уходила вода в ванной, справились своими силами.
