Чистота,персонал

Заселили вообще не в те номера которые я бронировал за месяц!!! Скрипящие полы и звукоизоляция это вообще песня))в душе во всех 5 номерах не работает слив и к концу по колено воды!впечатление в отличии от города не очень!оЯень долго ждали пока нас заселят,еще я бронировал номера в Ласточкином гнезде ,там вообще все супер и за таке же деньги,люди остались очень довольны всем.
