Прекрасный отель! Очень доброжелательный персонал, особенно молодой человек работающий на ресепшн. Еда в ресторане просто волшебная (приносили в номер). Ну а номер люкс-просто нет слов.... Отлично провели время. Спасибо ОГРОМНОЕ! Теперь по приезду вКраснодар останавливаться будем только у Вас!

Номер хороший.

Расположение – в жилом квартале, и очень далеко от центра. Сотрудники вообще не говорят по-анлийски!!! Столовой здесь нет, поэтому они приносят еду (которую они называют завтраком) прямо вам в номер. Ужасно! Wi-Fi практически никогда не работал. В соседнем с отелем здании находится ночной клуб, доносящаяся из которого громкая музыка не давала мне ночью уснуть. А еще здесь не принимают кредитные карты. Люди, бегите отсюда!!!
