Хороший и внимательный персонал, отличный завтрак, номер поддерживается в чистоте

Отель немного устарел как в отношении мебели так и современных средств - не оказалось интернета, телевидение низкого качества и выбор каналов маловат

Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал готовый помочь. Понравилось наличие быстрого и бесплатного Wi-Fi интернета. Тихо, спокойно. уютно.

цена была выше, чем при бронировании, вместо 2700 мы заплатили 3300 рублей. на вопрос о разнице ответили: не хотите, не селитесь. при бронировании был предоставлен выбор: номер для курящих или не курящих. мы выбрали номер для некурящих. когда мы зашли в номер, там было не чем дышать от табачного дыма.

Запах в сигарет номерах. При въезде в номер оказалось, что он для курящих и весь пропитан запахом сигарет. Другой свободный номер был только более высокой категории (с телевизором) и потребовал доплаты.
