просторные новые номера, приличная мебель, персонал готов помочь. услуга трансфера - плюс.

4 этажа без лифта, оставили без внимания просьбу поселить на 2-м, хотя сначала обещали. скудный завтрак и долго ждать, т.к. бармен - одна. в номерах на стенах пустовато, можно было бы и постеры хоть какие-нибудь повесить. окна не откроешь, так как на улице очень шумно даже ночью. бывают неадекватные гости (ночью по коридорам полчаса бегали и громко хохотали люди).

Большие, просторные номера, отель новый либо после недавнего ремонта, все чисто и прилично

не помешал бы чайник в номере или хотя бы кулер в коридоре, сейф и минибар в номере, также какое-либо кафе/ресторан в здании отеля

приятный отель, хорошее соотношение цена-качество, симпатичные девушки на ресепшене :)

пришли на завтрак в 10:45, а он до 10:30. сначала не хотели кормить, но потом все таки накормили. информация о времени завтрака находится на талоне, нам их не дали. нет лифтов, сказали летом должны поставить.

современный отель, новодел. номер просторный и чистый. лобби также просторный, совмещен с кафе-лобби-баром. персонал - ок.

внутренний блок кондиционера в номере был соединен с внешним посредством аккуратного отвертия в стене, из которого сильно сквозило с улицы. проблема была решена методом затыкания дырки полотенцем. и все :)
