Добродушный персонал. Уютные номера. Чистое постельное, мягкие полотенца. В номере все чистенько, аккуратно. Есть все необходимое.

Возможно мне просто не повезло. Но в моем номере на 6 этаже было жутко холодно. Не выключала термовентилятор. Очень долго мучилась с телевизором и вай-фай. Роутер приходилось все время перезагружать. Самое конечно страшное - в такой холод в моем номере пару дней не было горячей воды!

Гостевой дом. Гостиница без ресторана и прочих услуг, не может быть гостиницей. Варианта поесть и отдохнуть - нет!

Достаточно комфортные отдельные квартиры, удобное размещение, недалеко от ж/д вокзала Краснодар-1, спокойная и уютная обстановка, хороший персонал. Уже посоветовала своим друзьям и знакомым, планирую и дальше там останавливаться.

Минусов особо не заметила, приезжали и уезжали на такси, не знаю насчет удобства пеших прогулок в центр.

Бронировала заранее, на руках была бронь, когда такси меня подвезло к отелю, все двери были закрыты, я стала звонить администратору, который мне сказал, что свободных мест нет. После долгих выяснений оказалось, что администратор оказывается мне звонил и отменял бронь))) только я с ним точно не разговаривала) Короче, в половину двеннадцатого ночи они мне посоветовали искать другую гостиницу!!!!! вот такой сервис!!
