приезжала на конференцию в начале июня второй раз. очень понравились номера, чистые, уютные, все, что нужно, в номере есть! приятно была удивлена комплименту от отеля в виде вазы с фруктами (такое не часто встречала). организация завтраков была на хорошем уровне - наконец-то появился "швецкий стол". приветливый и заботливый персонал готов помочь в любой ситуации. в следующий раз планирую сходить в сауну (коллеги рекомендовали)!!

хотелось бы побольше видов общественного транспорта в этом районе города краснодара!

Отношение к деловым партнёрам игостям от персонала отеля. Хотим дадаим, хотим не дадаим или заберём. Персонал не держит обязательств.

каждаму клиенту выдают индивидуальную зубную щетку

отсутствовал электрический чайник в номере, а рядом нет ни одного кафе, только ресторан при отеле с высокими ценами.

Удобно расположен, на автомобиле можно попасть в отель по объездной дороге, минуя центр города.

Холодно в номерах. Неудачный завтрак.

Завтрак организован плохо.Очень много тратиться времени на то, чторбы взять листок-заявку (утром только), заполнить и дождаться.И конечно в цене 3300 руб. оценивать завтрак в 200 руб,а остальное за доплату - не логично. Цена не соотвествует предоставляемым услугам в отеле ,находящемся в промзоне.
