благожелательный персонал,удобно расположен

эконом-номер со старой мебелью, окна и балкон деревянные рамы,лоджия отремонтирована не аккуратно,телевизор не ЖК,не постоянно течет горячая вода.

Красивое местоположение. довольно близко от достопримечательностей, транспорта и магазинов.

С багажом далеко идти от транспорта.

Расположен недалеко от центра, что для гостиниц в Костроме вообще редкость. В номере и в целом в отеле очень чисто. Номер тихий. кровати удобные. Доброжелательный персонал, заселение без проблем.. При выезде оставили вещи до вечера в камере хранения бесплатно. Качественный завтрак и хороший сервис в ресторане. Прекрасный вид на Волгу из ресторана.

В номере не работал холодильник. Нам он был не нужен, но факт. Телевизор маленький и очень старый, все кнопки на нем и на пульте работали не с первого раза, но в целом показывал. В ванной не было занавески.

Хороший, добротный советский номер, все удобства, прекрасный вид на Волгу.

Поздно вечером начинает греметь музыка из ресторана, невозможно заснуть. Если бы не этот факт, всё было бы идеально.

хорошее расположение. прекрасные виды из окна на волгу и церковь воскресения на дебре. дешевые и вкусные фуршетные завтраки с неограниченным подходом.

месторасположение. бронь,начиная с часа заезда!не понравилось- грязные столы,скатерти. нет официанта, не убрано . болтовня за стойкой бара обсл. персонала. понравилось,что приняли быстро, чистые номера и довольно тихо.

написала ранее. столовая-грязно и без души.

соотношение цена-качество хорошее. еда (завтрак) шведский стол - нормально. очень приятный ресторан с видом на волгу. для путешествия на выходные дни подходит.

подход в плане сервиса попахивает "совком". будьте готовы взять фен за 50р/час, оставить чемодан в отеле 50р, сейф на ресепнш 50р.
