Идея, номер, чистота...

Ресторан Amore, обслуживание хорошое учтивое, качество еды максимум с огромной натяжкой 3 (три) бала! Wi-Fi платный что в принципе уже огромный минус, плюс к этому еще и нужно за логином и паролем спускается на ресепшен!

Большое количество развлечений

Не понравилась цена и размер номера. Тесная клетушка. Причём, за такие деньги можно было остановиться в абсолютно любом отели Казани. Очень не рекомендую. + Платный wi-fi в номерах, что совсем уж недопустимо.

очень комфортабельный отель. один минус - 700 м до кремля - это прямо через казанку, а реально идти пешком минут 40 или 10 мин на автобусе

отель высокого уровня - очень красивый, обслуживание безупречное. еда в ресторане выше всяких похвал. номер маленький но уютный и современный, мебель и сантехника в отличном состоянии, оборудован всем необходимым. в номере: мини-бар, сейф, тапки, принадлежности для ухода за обувью. при заселении дарят билеты в аквапарк, в кино 5д и саженцы ели. из отеля в аквапарк теплый переход и отдельная раздевалка для гостей отеля. в стоимость номера входит завтрак "шведка" - вполне разнообразный, но на мой взгляд маловато фруктов.

прекрасный вид из окна, размер номера

абсолютно не нравится, что за ранний заезд (на 3 часа раньше) потребовали 50% стоимости номера (3300 рублей), абсолютно "совковский" подход при сдаче номера, когда принимала душ кончилась холодная вода

Отлично оснащенный номер, аквапарк, множество едален рядом на любой вкус и кошелек.

То что уже ни раз ставилось ему в вину - нет интернета, точнее есть, но за денежку (нереальную!)
