Чистота, удобное месторасположение, приемлемая цена.

Не гибкость. заселять людей строго в 14-00, чтобы создать очередь из 20 с лишним человек - глупость. Тонкие стены и убийственная слышимость.

Легко добираться с жд вокзала. Приятный и учтивый персонал. Хороший персонал.

Комнаты маленькие и неудобные. Мне не понравился район, хоть сама Казань – город очень красивый. Другие отели располагаются к основным достопримечательностям чуть поближе.
