Nice location in the old center, friendly staff, good SPA facility, good breakfast (in English style).

Shower equipment is old, all rooms are smoking.

недалеко от аэропорта (для нас было важно). симпатичное здание и прилегающая территория с фонтанчиком. удобный подъезд. перед входом устройство для чистки обуви (бесплатно). бесплатный wi-fi в номере. дизайнерский интерьер кафе порадовал. наличие бассейна. напротив входа остановка маршрутного такси, недалеко автобусная остановка (три городских маршрута).

сложилось впечатление, что мы мешаем обслуживающему персоналу "работать" в праздничные дни. номер грязный, полотенцами для ног, похоже, чистили обувь. вешалок для одежды в шкафу не было ни одной. обещали, но до нашего отъезда так и не нашли. когда заказывала, просила номер для некурящих, не предупредили, что нет, а поездка пришлась на время сезонной аллергии. объявление о наборе обслуживающего персонала на дверях отеля насторожило. сам отель задуман неплохо, но отсутствие горничных всё портит.

доброжелательность персонала, качество и стоимость блюд в ресторане отеля, дизайн номер-студио, расположение в данном районе калининграда - территориальная близость к улице а. невского, к ботаническому саду, к пкио "юность", но при этом тихий и уютный район города.
