Бронировал "люкс-студию", свежий ремонт, все работает. Есть возможность позавтракать в кафе-баре (200 руб с чел). Тишина, отличный вид на лесопарк на берегу реки Карловки.

Въезд (каких то 200 метров) с ул Ленина - сплошные ямы. Ночью в дождь на легковой не рискнул бы.

Персонал был все терпеливым и предупредительным, хотя у нас и был языковой барьер. Еда была простой, но всегда очень вкусной и аутентичной, больше похожей на ту, которую готовит для вас мама, чем на ту, которую подают в отелях с завышенными ценами. Номер был чистый, душ функционировал хорошо.

Расположение немного мрачноватое, и вначале даже показалось, что таксист ошибся местом. Однако теплое приветствие со стороны персонала быстро развеяло всякие страхи.
