В плюсах почти всё, месторасположение в центре Иркутска, удобные, комфортные номера с чайником, холодильником, плиткой, раковиной и необходимой посудой, приветливый и адекватный персонал, чистое и сухое постельное бельё, удобные ванны, большие зеркала в ванной комнате и в коридоре.

Иногда попадаются чужие волосы на полу.

Искали отель поближе к центру.Отель редом с центральной улицей Карла Маркса,рядом достопримечательности Иркутска,рядом Ангара.

Отсутствие лифта в пятиэтажном отеле.Нет завтраков,нет каждодневной уборки,одно полотенце.Но! Мы все это знали заранее,так как это хостел(типа апартаменты) и сознательно выбрали отель цена-местоположение

В моем распоряжении была целая квартира (с евроремонтом и всей бытовой техникой)! Получилось дешевле и удобнее, чем в других гостиницах города. Местоположение тоже весьма удачное. Очень понравилось! Спасибо персоналу Irkutsk Hostel и отдельно сайту Booking.com

Были мелкие недоработки по ремонту (в прихожей немного отклеились обои, в ванной разболталась розетка и т.п.). Но это не критичные вещи, на мой взгляд.

well i chose it as it had an apartment, and i couldn't find any other listing with an apartment. also there were very few reviews about it. it is actually fairly nice, nothing fancy but it serves the purpose. the girl downstairs was friendly and helpful.

there's no lift so if you have heavy luggage be prepared to lug it up four or five flights of steps (the apartments seem to be on higher floors)

I was lucky and the hostel was empty

They use LED lights on the shower and restroom, so it is very difficult to see.

В плюсах почти всё, месторасположение в центре Иркутска, удобные, комфортные номера с чайником, холодильником, плиткой, раковиной и необходимой посудой, приветливый и адекватный персонал, чистое и сухое постельное бельё, удобные ванны, большие зеркала в ванной комнате и в коридоре.
