Дерево: красота и экология. Расположение: красота квартала, близость центра города. Услуги: хороший завтрак, хорошее TV, интернет. Персонал: приветливость и быстрое решение всех вопросов и просьб.

Дерево: недостаточная звукоизоляция. Комфорт: отсутствие приглушенного/альтернативного общего электроосвещения - раздельного освещения прихожей, спальни, стола; отсутствие минибара. Услуги: Отсутствие в отеле информации о бронировании номера, что привело к необходимости заселения в первый день в другой отель и к повторному заселению на один день.
