Плюсы: 1. Близость от моря, 3 минуты ходьбы. 2. Номер соответствует фото. 3. Звукоизоляция номера. 4. Качество отделки номера.

Минусы: 1. Белье и полотенца не менялись ни разу за время моего в нем пребывания 2. На один вечер отключалась горячая вода. 3. Несколько раз током ударило от душа. 4. Душ был сломан. 5. На мои просьбы к персоналу отеля о неисправностях отнеслись с усмешкой. Единственный человек, который пытался чем-то помочь была мать хозяина отеля. Всегда улыбчива и обходительна 6. Питание не соответствует описанному, шведского стола нет. Также еще хотели с меня взять оплату за завтрак. 7. Однажды утром не мог выйти из своего этажа и спуститься вниз так, как дверь на этаж была заперта. Ждал 50 минут пока персонал услышал мой стук. Думаю, что отель с трудом соответствует заявленным 3 звездам.

Все было просто супер, с учетом того, что в июле на побережье невзможно арендовать жилье на сутки, руководство отеля с удовольствием приняло нас на выходные, отличное отношение персонала, достаточно лояльные цены на проживание и действительно рядом с морем. Пешком не более 3 минут. Звукоизоляция в номерах просто великолепная, везде установленны кондиционеры, в общем рекомендую.

отличное местоположение, в общем и целом неплохой отель. первый вопрос: почему в душе нет даже маленького куска мыла? второе наблюдение: не очень дружелюбный персонал в кафе отеля. но в общем и целом соответствует отношению цена/качество
