хороший СПА(если-бы ни блеклый хамам),отличные завтраки,бодрожелательный и подготовленный персонал,просторные и укомплектованные всем небходимым номера

явно не хватает горничных,не успевают убирать даже освобождаемые номера,нас заселили в 15.15из-за неготовности номера,ну а в процессе ""жития"убирали только после18,00 -приходиш после "каталки"а тут НА тебе -УБОРКА,а08.01.15 вообще не убрали,такого в 5-звездах мы еще не встречали.Снижаю оценку за расположение т.к до подьемника а осбенно после каталки в лыжной аммуниции идти тяжеловато а электромобильчики постоянно были разряжены
