Очень красиво все кругом,что и на какие-то минусы не обращаешь внимание.Очень удобно,что есть камера хранения для лыж.Персонал приветлив.,но не более)))

Очень жаркие одеяла.(других ,сказали,нет) Нет чайников в номере((( Каждый раз за чаем не находишься,да и дорого)) Не работал наст. теннис. Ребёнку 11 лет некуда было себя деть. НО КРАСОТА ГОР И ВОЗДУХ ВСЕ КОМПЕНСИРУЮТ. Мы ещё хотим приехать

Единственный плюс данного отеля его месторасположение.Довольно близко к подьемникам.В 10 минутах спокойной хотьбы.Но плюс это довольно сомнительный потому что на Розе Хутор все расположено в непосредественной близости какой отель не выбери. Ну и то что заселили на час раньше,т.к. были свободные номера.Ну и ресторан довольно неплохой,завтрак шведский стол хоть и был не разнообразный ,но еда вполне вкусная

Минусов очень много,начиная с заспанного и неквалифицированного персонала на ресепшене. Ни о какой приветливости вообще говорить не приходится. Номера довольно простые и не сказать что чистые,убирали по всей видимости на скорую руку. За время нашего проживания 2 суток никто не то что не пытался убрать в номере,хотя отелем заявлено уборка каждый день,но хотя бы можно было элементарно заменить полотенце,принести туалетную бумагу и т.п. Очень-очень натянутая троечка,ни халатов,ни тапочек в номере,ни зубной пасты,все по минимуму. Дополнительной кровати для ребенка не предоставили,В номере по непонятной причине постоянно был мокрый пол. Вечером сухой,наутро весь ковролин мокрый,как будто из душевой вода протекала. Отдельно нужно сказать про вентиляцию отеля,которая выходила в коридор.По нему невозможно было ходить,запах стоял как в общественном туалете. При выезде из отеля рассчитывайте еще плюс полчаса,потому что на ресепшене сначала в порядке очереди позвонят горничной чтобы она проверила ваш номер не украли ли вы ничего( было бы еще что брать),потом пока она проверит,перезвонит,примерно полчаса вы должны на ресепшене стоять ждать) Я такого не видела давно,как в старые советские времена.Мы в отеле проводили времени мало,поэтому закрыли глаза на все это.Да и когда бронировали в праздники уже не из чего было выбирать,все было занято поэтому бронировали что было. Но больше бы в этот отель не поехали
