Расположение очень удобное. До автобусной остановки 7 - 10 минут. С лыжами и с досками не напряжно. Рядом 2 минимаркета, а чуть подальше (возле остановки) большой торговый центр с большим супермаркетом "Перекресток", "Спортмастер" и др. магазинами, а также кафе, кинотеатр на верхних этажах. За такую цену лучше не найти. От остановки до Розы-Хутор на автобусе 29руб. Автобусы ходят часто. Такси не обязательно. Номера простые, но все необходимое (кровать, санузел) присутствует. Есть отдельная сушилка для снаряжения. На первом этаже кафе. Горячая вода на этаже. В номере регулируемая батарея, правда персонал в ваше отсутствие может выключить ее и потом надо ждать несколько часов, чтоб все прогрелось.

Номера тесные. Для одежды нет даже шкафа, 4 вешалки на стене для двоих. В санузле только туалетная бумага. Все остальное привозите с собой или покупайте в Перекрестке. В кафе на 1 этаже дороговато, лучше дойти до торгово-развлекательного центра. Такси если заказывать в отеле тоже очень дорого.
