Добрые отзывчивый персонал, чистота, уют, приятный двор, возможность как собственного питания (кухня) так и услуги повара (недорого и вкусно), пляж не сильно близко но и не далеко в самый раз пройтись подышать.

Трудности подъезда, расположение в среде развивающейся стройки(вокруг все строится)
