Чисто, вежливый персонал, дешево.

На карте вашего сайта отель расположен в центре города, а на самом деле на его окраине.Когда я позвонил в отель, чтобы подтвердить бронирование, на мой прямой вопрос про санузел меня заверили что он в номере, а оказался один на три номера. Меня намеренно ввели в заблуждение, чтобыя приехал, а там будь что будет. Такси, вызванное через ресепшн ожидали 55 минут.

Приветливый персонал, ко всем вопросам и пожеланиям постояльца относится с пониманием и оперативно выполняет просьбы постояльца. Вызов такси. Консультация по посещению как культурных так и торговых точек города. Вежливость. Чистота и опрятность. С пониманием относятся к постояльцам которвые раньше забранированного срока прибывают в отель. Охрана отеля ночью не спит.

хорошее расположение (тихий спальный район), очень демократичные цены, удобное время заезда и работы буфета, охраняемая парковка.

платный Wi-Fi в отеле - это вообще нонсенс, нет мусорной корзины в номере.
