Плохая шумоизоляция комнат, можно слушать разговоры соседей.

маленькая цена, хороший администратор

один из туалетов закрывался изнутри и откывался только снаружи ,кровать в семейной комнате казалось при прикосновении к ней развалиться

Останавливалась с подругой в конце августа, в целом положительное впечатление. Тихо, вежливые администраторы, приличные соседи. Чисто; постель/wi-fi, кухня/душ/утюг - в полном порядке. Рядом парк, остановки, магазины.

Неудобно с чемоданами забираться по ступенькам на третий этаж, сложновато найти вход, нет звукоизоляции в номерах (слышно разговоры из соседнего номера). Также отключали горячую воду в середине дня.
