Хороший отель, хорошо расположен с хорошей обслугой хорошей едой

В номере было очень жарко при почти полном отсутствии вентиляции. В моем номере (полулюксе) несоразмерно большая двуспальная кровать. Вдоль нее можно пробираться только боком. Одеяло (тоже двуспальное) очень тяжелое и неудобное

Location with Dvina river views. Good services at the reception.

The restaurant at 8th floor was very slow in spite of hardly any customers during my visit. Food was not very tasty.

Very insufficient staffing at time of check-in - poor service Breakfast could have been provided earlier, since so many were travelling early
