Good location. All reception staff exceptionally welcoming and helpful, every guest addressed by name (unusual!!) - nothing too much trouble eg advice on Brasov and on onward travel. I cannot fault the customer service here. Best of my trip!! Special mention must go to the adorable Lulu with her beautuful smile and infectious charm. I'm in love! Good luck with your career plans Lulu!!!

Very minor. I made a couple of suggestions while I was there. One more for a truly, great welcoming hostel? OK... There's no excuse for squeaky doors in any hostel. Oil them. You can have that one for free! Love you guys....

Guests can prepare meals in the common kitchen, which is fully equipped, and a complimentary buffet breakfast is served every morning.

There is also a pub on site, where you will have your breakfast, as well as a light meal at Edgar's Clown Hostel located at the basement level.

Upon request, Edgar's Clown Hostel can organise for groups trips to Rasnov Citadel, Bran and the Bear's Sanctuary, as well as mountain hikes, gliding and paragliding.

The Black Church and the historic city centre can be easily reached within a 5-minute walk. You can park your car free of charge nearby.
