В центре, дружелюбный персонал.

Я ночевал здесь всего одну ночь, а большую часть времени провел вне номера. Это исторический отель, но на самом деле историческими являются лишь ресепшен и ресторан. Номера довольно-таки современные, но все равно какие-то серые и неприглядные. Мой номер был очень маленьким и не самым удобным. Превосходное расположение – в историческом квартале и недалеко от жд вокзала Sao Bento.

Персонал просто супер. Удобные спальни, удобно добираться до города на шопинг, завтрак очень разнообразный, есть возможность перекусить на ужин бутербродами в баре Windsor, охраняемая парковка.

Пытались добраться до отеля через лабиринт улиц, окружающих Rua Santa Caterina. Лучше всего машину оставить у отеля на все время своего пребывания.

Чрезвычайно интересное и приятное путешествие. Меня заворожила необычная история этого отеля. Он является прекрасным образцом классической, "старомодной" гостиницы. На первом этаже находится роскошный уютный холл, бар и ресторан. По сравнению с ними коридоры на этажах и номера кажутся блеклыми. Расположение на Rua Santa Catarina безупречно. До набережной реки всего 10-15 минут ходьбы. Метро находится в 200 м к северу. За такую стоимость отель идеально подходит для краткосрочного городского тура.
