Персонал на самом деле был доброжелательным и эффективным. Отель замечательный, вот только некоторые моменты его портили: например, в номере были какие-то детали, из-за которых интерьеры казались более дешевыми, чем они были на самом деле. Зеркало в ванной держалось исключительно на частном слове. Раковина была красивой, но крайне непрактичной. Мы так и не нашли пульт от телевизора. Да и черный полог над кроватью состоял из нескольких кусков. Я бы остановился здесь еще раз, и только потому, что здесь с нами обращались как с королями!

Отель очень чистый, шикарный и современный, выполнен в черном цвете. Персонал очень вежливый, приложили массу усилий, чтобы убедиться, что наши желания полностью удовлетворены (показали как пользоваться прачечным аппаратом, распечатали расписание поездов). Сам отель расположен в нескольких шагах от ночных клубов Bairo Alto, рядом с подъемником Santa Justa и станцией Rossio.

Иногда кажется, что в отеле немного переборщили с дизайном - раковина в ванной слишком глянцевая и неудобная в использовании, так как из нее постоянно выплескивается вода. Черный цвет иногда начинает угнетать.
