Удачное расположение отеля, уютные номера, доброжелательный персонал (прошлый раз мы жили в номере окнами на Вислу, в этот раз по моей просьбе нас поселили с видом на Варшаву Центральную), ОЧЕНЬ разнообразный шведский стол завтрака

Пожалуй, только высоковатая стоимость завтрака - 65 злотых. Наесть на эту сумму просто невозможно!

Отличное расположение, так как отель находится рядом с самым высоким зданием в Польше, также рядом имеются трамвайные и автобусные остановки. Мы бронировали номер на два разных периода, и ни в один из них сотрудники не удовлетворили нашу просьбу, в которой мы просили предоставить нам номер с видом на Дворец культуры. Тем не менее, уже на вторую ночь нас перемещали в запрашиваемый номер. Кондиционеры во всех трех номерах были ужасными. Сами по себе номера были небольшими, плюс я заметил, что в последнее время в отелях этой цепи фарфоровые кружки и ложки заменили на их пластиковый аналог. Горничные работали очень хорошо. Лучшей вещью в этом отеле, не считая его расположение, было позднее выселение по воскресеньям (5 часов вечера).

Очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый персонал! Спасибо!

Странная пробка в ванной прикрепленная далеко снаружи, слишком далеко от стока воды внизу ванной. Было бы не плохо положить в ванной мыльницу и оставить там одно мыло, вместо того чтобы открывать новое мыло каждый день. Это глупое расточительство.!

Номер (и в особенности кровать) сильно пах сигаретным дымом. А так все было замечательно.

Расположение отеля было отличным: всего в нескольких минутах от железнодорожного вокзала. Персонал был доброжелательным и полезным. Быстро работал интернет, а на завтрак предлагались самые разнообразные блюда.

Мне не понравился дуализм, прослеживающийся в здешних номерах. Одни номера были новыми, другие - очень старомодными, и нам достался как раз-таки один из таких. Сложилось впечатление, будто мы очутились в 70-х годах. В номерах было чисто, но это не спасало ситуацию. Когда вы только входите в отель, вам кажется, что перед вами новый и усовершенствованный отель. Но в этом легко можно ошибиться, если вас заселят в старый номер. Пытайтесь забронировать номер с новой мебелью, по крайней мере, он будет стоить тех денег, которые вы платите за отдых.
