Сотрудники отеля были очень доброжелательны и услужливы. А сам отель находится в хорошем месте, хоть и на некотором отдалении от старого и нового города. Но, учитывая размеры самой Варшавы, вряд ли вы найдете место намного лучше, чем это. Еда в ресторане была достаточно простой, но, тем не менее, очень сытной и вкусной. Однако выбор блюд в меню все-таки достаточно ограничен.

Бесплатный Wi-Fi был только в лобби, но работал он очень плохо. Горничная убирала номер после обеда, но для нас это было слишком поздно. Следовательно - дважды мой номер и вовсе остался неубранным и грязным. Это не профессионально. Кровать в номере была неудобной. В целом, за эти деньги можно найти отель с более лучшим качеством оказываемых услуг.

Хорошее транспортное сообщение до центра города. Было бы очень удобно если бы в отеле можно было преобрести билеты на общественный транспорт.

Персонал не очень вежливый. Им явно не хватает квалифицированных работников.
