Отель находится в хорошем месте. Здесь есть все необходимые условия и даже - парковка, правда, стоит она 10 евро за сутки, что весьма дорого. Еда в ресторане была вкусной: понравилось то, что один зал был для взрослых, а другой - специально для детей. Несколько возникших проблем своевременно решились менеджером. Варшава имеет центральное отопление, поэтому пока рабочие что-то чинили на улице, в номере было холодно и отсутствовала горячая вода. Я позвонил на рецепцию, и там мне предложили электрический нагреватель. Персонал старался работать с каждым гостем индивидуально.

Карточный ключ для входа в номер не работал, но только спустя три дня мне его заменили. Прежде чем выпить в баре, я должен был предоставить номер своей кредитной карты и внести плату размером в 50 евро. 40 недель в году я нахожусь в отелях, но такого ни разу еще не случалось. В тот же вечер менеджер принес мне глубокие извинения и предоставил бесплатные напитки и закуски в баре.

Хорошее местоположение отеля.Недалеко от аэропорта (5 мин. на такси 17злотт). Также недалеко от отеля есть остановка, очень удобно добираться до центра Варшавы.

Отель находится в хорошем месте. Здесь есть все необходимые условия и даже - парковка, правда, стоит она 10 евро за сутки, что весьма дорого. Еда в ресторане была вкусной: понравилось то, что один зал был для взрослых, а другой - специально для детей. Несколько возникших проблем своевременно решились менеджером. Варшава имеет центральное отопление, поэтому пока рабочие что-то чинили на улице, в номере было холодно и отсутствовала горячая вода. Я позвонил на рецепцию, и там мне предложили электрический нагреватель. Персонал старался работать с каждым гостем индивидуально.

Карточный ключ для входа в номер не работал, но только спустя три дня мне его заменили. Прежде чем выпить в баре, я должен был предоставить номер своей кредитной карты и внести плату размером в 50 евро. 40 недель в году я нахожусь в отелях, но такого ни разу еще не случалось.
