There is no reception in the apartment. Guests are requested to contact the apartment at least 24 hours prior to arrival in order to arrange a key collection. A surcharge of PLN 120 applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. A security deposit of PLN 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. If the deposit was paid in cash, it will be refunded via bank transfer within 7 days and if it was paid by credit card, it will be refunded to this credit card within 10 days or - upon guest's request - on the day of departure. Special requests are subject to availability. Every apartment is non-smoking and a fine will be charged to anyone who does smoke. Please note that the property is located in a quiet residential area and no loud behaviour or noise are allowed. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
