Внимательный персонал, который всегда готов прийти на помощь. Отличное месторасположение для того, чтобы осмотреть все местные достопримечательности. Поблизости расположена станция метро. Билет до Гданска стоит всего 80 евро. Я особенно рекомендую травяной чай в кафе Jozef K или же что-нибудь покрепче. Я вернусь сюда в следующем году.

Отель имеет удобное расположение – в старой части Сопота. Но соответствует ли отель пяти звездам, которые он имеет? Думаю, что нет! Здесь нет швейцара, нет консьержей, мебель в номерах простая и старая, только несколько телеканалов. Думаю, что многие отели даже с меньшим количеством звезд могут предоставить гораздо больше! Даже телефоны в номерах еще с прошлого (если не с позапрошлого века) – на них нельзя установить будильник или позвонить на ресешен. Я бы отелю Resident не дал бы больше двух звезд!

Отель имеет отличное расположение на улице Monte Cassino. Персонал доброжелательный и услужливый.

Я бы не дал отелю пять звезд. В гостиницах такого класса не может быть пластиковых стаканчиков в ванной комнате. В номере должны быть принадлежности для глажки одежды. Телеканалы по телевизору в основном на польском. Персонал хороший и внимательный, но иногда не знает что нужно делать в той или иной ситуации.
