Какое замечательное место! Чисто, красиво, вкусная еда, профессиональный персонал. Сотрудники постоянно советовали нам различные мероприятия и помогали с билетами. Идеальный вариант для семей, путешественников в возрасте и бизнес-туристов. Краков – красивый город, и этот отель стоит практически в самом его центре. С окна своего номера мы могли видеть Вавель, а живописная река Висла находится буквально через дорогу!

Гостеприимность персонала и ресторан под открытым небом. - Жаль, что я не попал в спортивный бар. Видел его только снаружи, внутрь не заходил. Жаль, что не побывал там. = Я останавливался в the Sheraton в Кракове на трое суток. Месторасположения - идеальное. Персонал хороший, готовый прийти на помощь гостям. Номер комфортабельный и с красивым интерьером. Из окон моего номера открывался замечательный вид на замок Вавель. Замок и старый город были совсем рядом, можно дойти пешком (около 10 минут ходьбы). Прямо черед дорогу есть замечательная пешеходная улица, которая идет вдоль речного берега. Вблизи отеля предлагает свои услуги аренда машинок для гольфа, на них можно ездить осматривать достопримечательности, если нет желания ходить пешком. Еще я часто подъезжал к отелю и от него на туристических автобусах. Каждый раз, когда я приходил в отель, сотрудники тепло приветствовали меня и предлагали свою помощь, что я очень ценю.

Здесь работает один из самых доброжелательных и радушных персоналов в стране, который всегда готов прийти к вам на помощь в решении любого вопроса или жалобы. На крыше здания есть небольшой бар, из которого открывается фантастический вид на город. Спасибо всем за отличный отпуск и первое знакомство с Польшей.

Прекрасный вид на замок Вавеля и озеро. Близость к центру города и туристическим местам. Хорошее оснащение, производит впечатление, что её содержат в полном порядке. Приветливый персонал. Тихий и безопасный район. Большая кровать. Раздаточные устройства для льда на каждом этаже — отличная идея!

Не очень чистое постельное белье. Под подушкой были какие-то пятна. Хотя в остальном всё было в порядке: другие простыни и наволочки были чистыми. В вестибюле недостаточно мест для сидения, поэтому нам приходилось ждать наших друзей стоя.
