Большая теплая комната, хорошее расположение.

Двери душевой были слегка неисправны и нуждались в замене. Завтрак средний, нужно больше горячих блюд. Интернет соединение было слабым в номере, воду по утрам не заменяли, хоть и видели пустые бутылки.

У нас был невероятно большой номер повышенной комфортности, выходящий на Гродеск-Стрит (согласно нашей просьбе). Персонал отеля был очень любезным и полезным, консьерж помог нам заказать билет на концерт, а также забронировал столик в прекрасном ресторане, где нас угостили потрясающим ужином. Хороший завтрак шведский стол с большим выбором блюд. Единственное, что мне не понравилось, это слишком жаркий и шумный номер, так как рядом с отелем находился ночной клуб, следовательно, я не мог спать с открытыми окнами.

Мой номер находился на четвертом этаже, но в здании нет лифта, ужасное кондиционирование, плюс в номере не было окна. А если бы там начался пожар?

Hotel Rezydent boasts a fantastic location in the heart of Cracow’s Old Town, just a short walk away from the beautiful Main Market Square. It retained a lot of original features, such as Medieval frescoes and wooden ceilings.

The rooms offered by Rezydent are elegantly decorated in warm colours. Many of them have great views of Grodzka Street. All come with a bathroom and are equipped with satellite TV, a radio and a telephone. Rooms are located in three buildings - one of them has a lift.

Guests can enjoy their meals in an elegant Marmolada restaurant which is located in the other part of the property, at 5 Grodzka Street. Breakfast can also be ordered there.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel's public areas and an airport shuttle is offered at a surcharge.
