Персонал - такой доброжелательный! Заставляли нас чувствовать себя как дома!

Отель - красивенный (раньше он был дворцом), имеет довольно удобное расположение (всего в одном квартале от центральной площади). Персонал отеля настолько гостеприимен, что больше и не бывает, сотрудники всегда веселые, приветливые. Персонал ресепшена вообще готов помочь по любой вашей малейшей просьбе. Обязательно еще приеду!

Невероятно — только так можно описать эту гостиницу. Трансфер до гостиницы и обратно впервые в моей жизни был профессиональным и по расписанию. Когда мы приехали в гостиницу, нас встретил дворецкий с уже открытой для нас дверью. Нам помогли донести багаж прямо до номера. Работники на ресепшене также были безупречны и приветливы. Гостиница красивая и идеально расположена. Завтрак был первоклассным, с полноценным меню. Приедем в Краков ещё и даже не подумаем остановиться где-либо в другом месте.

Местоположение отличное, в шаговой доступности от магазинов.

Понятия не имею почему отель считается пятизвездочным. Кроме хорошего расположения он больше ничего и предложить не может. А цены в точности как в пятиздочном отеле: парковка 30 евро,маленькая кружка пива 4 евро, WiFi 10 евро.

Отличное месторасположение отеля – прямо в центре Кракова. Наш номер был большой и очень чистый. Единственная вещь, которая раздражала – старая кровать и неудобный матрас. Мы рекомендуем заменить кровати. Вкуснейший и богатый завтрак. Рекомендуем этот отель.
