Персонал отеля вежливый и предупредительный. Все работы выполняются быстро и незаметно, что говорит о высоком классе обслуживающего персонала. Это же касается организации завтраков.

Кондиционер в номере недостаточно мог охлаждать воздух, особенно при 30 градусах Цельсия на улице. Окна номера выходили на ул. Гродска, было немного шумновато даже с закрытым окном, хотя звукоизоляция стеклопакета неплохая.

Отличная гостиница. Замечательное расположение в двух шагах от площади. В нескольких шагах от замка Вавеля и квартала Казимира. В баре на цокольном этаже гостиницы подавали превосходный завтрак. В номерах было безупречно чисто. Персонал замечательный, очень услужлив. Превосходное место в Кракове: отличное соотношение цены и качества. Приедем сюда ещё и советуем другим.

По телевизору только два канала на английском. Чайные и кофейные принадлежности в номере были бы дополнительным плюсом (хотя в вестибюле на 1 этаже они есть для всех).

Отличное расположение – в историческом центре города. Отсюда буквально за пару минут можно дойти к замку, рынку и жд вокзалу. Комнаты большие и хорошо обставленные, не так давно там был сделан ремонт. Дружелюбные администраторы. По ночам тихо. Недостатки: завтрак начинается в 8.00, что очень поздно, если самолет или поезд у вас рано утром (если попросите, то завтрак вам дадут с собой). Завтраки здесь совершенно простые. Если вы человек высокий, то письменный стол в номере для вас покажется неудобным.

Гостиница мне понравилась. В здании нет лифта. В номерах окна, которых выходят на улицу, может быть шумно из-за движения на улице.
