В целом отель нас удовлетворил. Мы приехали за 20 минут до начала регистрации, и это время мы скоротали в столовой, расположенной в подвале отеля. Сотрудники, к сожалению, не были в состоянии ответить на все наши вопросы, хотя они и очень хотели это сделать. Кровати были жесткими, также мы были вынуждены просить принести нам дополнительные подушки. Полотенца были старыми и рваными. С соседями нам также не повезло – в половине пятого утра мы проснулись от их криков. Мы позвали администраторов, дебоширов они угомонили, но через 15 минут крики опять повторились. Мы опять позвали администраторов. В конце концов шум прекратился. Единственным значимым плюсом этого отеля являются завтраки. Никому не могу порекомендовать этот отель!

Приветливый, услужливый и вежливый персонал, чистые номера, отличное соотношение цены и качества для такого жилья, идеальное месторасположение для городских каникул.

Завтрак мог бы быть и лучше, кофе из кофемашины был не горячим. Также пришлось заплатить за бутылку воды, которую мы принесли с собой, а не взяли не в мини-баре.
