Please note that the rooms will be cleaned for free every 3 days of stay. The swimming pool is not available on Mondays due to weekly maintenance and there is a swimming pool surcharge for additional guests. Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the card used to make the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. All guests are required to present a valid ID and the e-mail voucher/booking confirmation upon arrival. Guest details on the booking voucher must match the information stated on the ID presented. If the booker is not going to check-in personally and another person will use the reservation instead, this person must present an authorisation letter signed by the original guest whose name appears in the booking voucher, together with a copy of the booker's valid ID; if the authorisation is sent via e-mail, it must be sent from the same e-mail address that was used to make the booking Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. ZEN Rooms will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of PHP 2000 is required. You should be reimbursed on check-out. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
