Цена, расположение, бесплатный Wifi.

Отель был бы идеальным, если бы не одна проблема – можно было слышать все, что происходило в соседних номерах и на коридоре (а вот из окон ничего не было слышно). Однажды ночью кто-то из постояльцев даже выходил из номера и успокаивал других постояльцев – слышал я все отчетливо, хоть дверь и была закрыта.

На ресепшен нас тепло встретили приветливые и милые сотрудники отеля. Поразительный профессионализм и умение работать с людьми! Номер убирали каждый день, меняли полотенца и постельное белье. Цены на напитки в мини-баре вполне разумные. Питьевая вода бесплатная. В ресторане подавали отличный полноценный завтрак, состоящий преимущественно из местных блюд. Ужин слегка разочаровал. В лобби не хватало бара или зоны отдыха. Спа-центр находился на ремонте. К счастью, работал неплохой открытый бассейн и детская игровая комната. До магазинов и торговых центров 15 минут ходьбы.

Понравилось только близость Макдональдса, особенно когданочью одолевает аппетит. После моих жалоб, нам предоставили бесплатно услугу позднего выезда и бесплатных исходящих звонков.

Очень плохое обслуживание. Предполагалось, что мы заселимся в 14.00 часа, но номер готов не был и мы несколько раз обращались на стойку готов ли он. Задержку нам обосновали тем, что у них проблемы в службе обслуживания номеров. Наконец-то, в 17.00 мы заселились!
