Я позвонил в отель за день до заезда с целью проверить бронь и уточнить детали. Во время регистрации на ресепшен нам сообщили, что номер не готов и нас собираются перевезти в другое место. Мы знали, о каком отеле идет речь и отказались. Затем нам сказали, что могут временно поселить нас в стандартный номер (категорией ниже забронированного), а позже вечером поселят в соответствии с договором. В час ночи наш номер все еще не был готов и нам опять предложили поехать в соседний отель. Неужели они думали, что раз мы не пошли на это днем, то согласимся посреди ночи?? За неимением альтернативы мы согласились провести ночь в стандартном номере. На резонное требование возместить ущерб нам ответили "нет". При этом они признали свою ошибку, извинились и прочее. Но даже о формальном возмещении не было и речи. Поэтому вот мой вам совет по поводу этого отеля - лучше не рискуйте!
