доброжелательный персонал, молодые люди, общение на англ. яз, 1 чел. говорит по-русски, 1 - по немецки, на все вопросы отвечают. советуют. рекомендуют; чай, кофе в течение дня бесплатно; кухня, где можно готовить, центр близко.

в номере крайне холодно, тк температура на улице была нетипично низкой, ниже -5 и доходила до -13, электрообогреватель не спасает, стены дома тонкие и не рассчитаны на низкие температуры; душ, туалет на три номера; Wi-Fi не подключился, в комнате вообще не работал, ПК общего пользования не выдерживает никакой критики, такой слабый, что лучше к нему не подходить; стоимость отеля (без завтрака) даже по европейским расценкам очень высокая, при этом в комнате нет шкафа, одежду разложить некуда, только одни плечики на человека, верхнюю одежду повесили, а остальное на кресле, стуле и в чемодане... русской телепрограммы как в других странах нет, выбор иностранных небольшой.
