It is 2 minutes' walk from the town centre. The office closes at 17:00 daily. On arrival, guests will be checked in and given directions to their holiday home. Please let Book Tekapo Holiday Homes know your expected arrival time in advance. After hours check in is only available via prior arrangement, otherwise you may incur an additional charge. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
