This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after check-out via bank transfer and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the final cleaning is optional: the accommodation must be left clean or an extra fee of EUR 60 to EUR 75 will apply. The final cleaning is mandatory for the Three-Bedroom Chalet EUR 45, Bungalow EUR 55, Superior Bungalow EUR 55, Three-Bedroom Bungalow EUR 60 and Three-Bedroom House EUR 60. Guests can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent them at an extra cost of EUR 8.95 (bed linen) and EUR 13.95 (bed linen and towels) per person. Please contact the accommodation before your arrival if you want to book final cleaning or bed linen and towels. Please note that the person making the booking must be 21 years minimum. It is not possible to place extra beds and exceed the maximum capacity of the bungalow. Please note that all potential cancellations should be handled via Booking.com. A damage deposit of EUR 65 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
