Местоположение отеля и его планировка просто отличные. Портье и консьержи работали превосходно! Особенно мне хотелось бы упомянуть о Кеши (это парень-консьерж), который дал нам несколько очень хороших советов, а также порекомендовал ряд прекрасных ресторанов и даже заказал для нас столики. Это сделало наше путешествие гораздо приятнее. Спасибо!

Арендованную нами машину приходилось парковать слишком далеко от отеля, и не было сотрудников, которые помогали бы с парковкой. Также было бы неплохо запретить по вечерам пользоваться бассейном и включать громкую музыку - это нарушает тишину и мешает отдыхать другим постояльцам.

Великолепное расположение! Это все, что вам нужно на курорте Плая-дель-Кармен, пляж всего в трех кварталах, можно посидеть в доступном ресторане, честно, местоположение самое лучшее, бассейн в гостинице не очень, пойдет разве что для детей, но если вам от 20 до 30, то пойдет! =) Попробуйте мастер-номер, классное джакузи и много места, вид не так впечатляет, так как все, что можно увидеть это крыши других гостиниц, но место безопасное и хорошее, замечательные картины! наслаждайтесь Плаей!=)
