There will be a fee for any lost or damaged items as it follows: - $150 USD Charge for lost the key. - $100 USD Charge for stolen lock box - No smoking policy inside the apartment, it is only allowed outside. - No visitors and no parties allowed. - Noise not allowed after 10pm. Any proof of excessive noise, occupancy or events will result in expulsion from the property with no refund, or a penalty of 100 USD. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
