August 01 2013Неплохой отель, удобное месторасположение, красивый вид из спальни. Сотрудники регистратуры услужливы, но не слишком приветливы. Основной недостаток: ванная объединена со спальней. Душ и туалет находятся в отдельных "комнатах", из которых попадаешь прямо в спальню. Умывальник тоже в спальне. По этой причине советую остановиться в каком-нибудь другом отеле в Куала-Лумпуре. За те же деньги можно найти массу отелей более высокого уровня и в не менее удобных местах.

January 08 2013Мы приехали в отел рано утром, в 5:30. Портье на ресепшене, молодой симпатичный парень, Хэнсон, очень помог нам - поселил нас в номер раньше и без доплаты. Он был очень терпелив и вежлив, хотя у него в то же время было еще несколько клиентов, которые выселялись из номера и тоже требовали внимания. А работал он тогда один.
Мне не на что жаловаться.

September 01 2010Я останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже не в первый раз, и с каждым приездом становится все хуже и хуже. Персонал старается изо всех сил, чтобы у постояльцев оставались только положительные впечатления, но они не могут ничего поделать с тем, что в номере поломан бойлер или не работают некоторые электрические приборы.
